These actions immediately void your refund eligibility:

❌ Using bleach or harsh chemicals (including whitening detergents)
❌ Machine drying on high heat (tumble dryer = guaranteed shrinkage/damage)
❌ Dry cleaning (chemicals destroy DTF prints and fabric)
❌ Ironing directly on prints or embroidery (melts DTF, burns fabric)
❌ Washing in hot water (above 30°C/86°F causes shrinkage and fading)
❌ Using fabric softener (breaks down fabric fibers over time)
❌ Wringing/twisting aggressively (stretches fabric, damages shape)
❌ Leaving wet in machine overnight (causes mildew, odor, color bleeding)

If you do ANY of the above, we cannot honor the guarantee. No exceptions.

✓ THE CORRECT WAY (Follow This Exactly)

WASHING (Critical Steps)

1. Turn Inside Out

• Always turn your hoodie/trousers inside out before washing
• Protects prints and embroidery from friction damage
• Prevents color fading on exterior

2. Use Cold Water Only

• Maximum temperature: 30°C (86°F)
• Cold water preserves fabric structure and color
• Hot water = shrinkage + fading = no refund

3. Gentle Cycle / Hand Wash

• Machine: Use "delicate" or "gentle" cycle only
• Hand wash preferred for maximum longevity
• No aggressive spinning (max 800 RPM if machine)

4. Mild Detergent Only

• Use color-safe, gentle detergent
• Amount: Half of what you'd normally use
• No bleach, no whiteners, no harsh chemicals

5. Wash With Similar Colors

• Dark colors with dark colors only
• First 3 washes: Wash separately (color settling period)
• Never mix with whites or light colors

6. Don't Overload Machine

• Maximum 3-4 items per wash
• Overcrowding causes friction damage
• Gives room for proper cleaning

DRYING (Where Most People Ruin It)

7. Air Dry Only (Mandatory)

• NEVER use tumble dryer (not even low heat)
• Hang on clothes hanger or lay flat
• Keep away from direct sunlight (causes fading)
• Drying time: 6-12 hours depending on humidity

8. Don't Wring or Twist

• Gently squeeze excess water out
• Or roll in towel to absorb moisture
• Aggressive wringing = stretched fabric = no refund

9. Dry in Shaded, Ventilated Area

• Indoor drying preferred (avoids sun damage)
• Good air circulation speeds drying
• Don't dry on radiators or heaters (causes shrinkage)

IRONING (Optional But If You Do It...)

10. Low Heat Only

• Iron on lowest setting (one dot symbol)
• NEVER iron directly on prints/embroidery
• Turn inside out and iron the reverse side only

11. Use Pressing Cloth

• Place thin cotton cloth between iron and garment
• Prevents shine marks and heat damage
• Skip ironing if possible – our fabric doesn't wrinkle much

STORAGE

12. Fold or Hang Properly

• Hoodies: Fold or hang on wide hangers (prevents shoulder bumps)
• Trousers: Fold along crease or hang from waistband
• Don't stuff in tight spaces (causes permanent wrinkles)

13. Keep Dry and Clean

• Store in cool, dry place (avoid damp closets)
• Don't store while damp (causes mildew)
• Keep away from sharp objects or rough surfaces

📸 PROOF OF PROPER CARE (For Refund Claims)

If you claim a refund for quality issues, we may ask:

When you submit a refund claim video, we examine:

FIRST WASH (Extra Important)

Your first 3 washes are critical:

After first 3 washes: Fabric is set, care becomes easier, but rules still apply.
